Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  My iPod won't turn on.
     A.  Using the USB cable supplied with your iPod, plug it into a computer that is turned on.  The computer should recognize that a USB devise was plugged into it. Keep it plugged in for three to four hours.  After allotted time, eject iPod.  If the iPod still does not turn on after pressing down on the top right bar on the iPod, then call 1-800-APL-CARE. If they determine that you need to take it to an Apple Store, call us for return instructions. 303-908-3845.

Your iPod has a full one-year manufacturer's warranty.  If you are having problems or just have questions about how your iPod works, your best line of defense is to call Apple Customer Service at 1-800-APL-CARE.  Apple also offers wonderful technical support through their in-store Genius bars.  Go to Apple.com to set up a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store.  Please note, Apple's warranty does NOT cover iPods that have gotten wet or whose screens have been broken.
