Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective product. If the product is determined by Apple to be defective, Walker Media will pay all costs to have the product returned to us, replaced and a new one sent to you. Please contact us through the "Contact Us" tab along the top.
Many customer service issues with iPods can be easily resolved by contacting Apple customer service at 1-800-APL-CARE. Your iPod comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty for hardware or software defects. It does not cover things like the iPod getting wet or cracked screens.
